It's been a long and difficult two years as we have dealt with a nearly non-stop onslaught of bad news, controversy, and negativity that have only served to increase our levels anxiety, frustration and overall pessimism.

That can't be a good thing, you know?

So, why not take some time this holiday season, and deliberately step away from all of that to embrace peace, hope, expectation, and love? You know...the good stuff.
